Mouse FMC63 scFv, Fc Tag (Cat. No. 600234) is expressed from CHO cells. It contains VL and VH region of a CD19-specific mouse mAb clone FMC631.
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc fragment at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 60.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing (R) condition.

Storage and Rehydration:
Store freeze-dried solid at -20°C. Rehydrate with the indicated volume of dH2O and centrifuge if not clear. Prepare working dilution on day of use. Product is stable for about 2 weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
Extended Storage after Rehydration:
Aliquot and freeze at -70°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
One year from date of rehydration. The expiration date may be extended if test results are acceptable for the intended use.
CD19 antigen is a B-cell specific cell surface antigen, which is expressed in all B-cell lineage malignancies and normal B-cells. The scFv region of a CD19-specific mouse monoclonal antibody (mAb, clone FMC63) has been used to develop CD19-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells utilized in clinical trials2.

Right:low cytometry analysis of Jeko-1 (human mantle cell lymphoma) cells labeling CD19 with purified Mouse FMC63 scFv, Fc Tag (Cat. No. 600234) at 50 mg/mL (red). A goat F(ab')2 anti human IgG-Fc (PE) (1/100 dilution) was used as the secondary antibody. Cells without incubation with primary antibody (Blue) were used as the unlabeled control.
